For over a decade, Ryhurst has specialised in providing land and asset solutions for the health and social care markets. We have evolved from a focus on the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) to provide the full breadth of property management and development services, including new and groundbreaking approaches in support of a successful asset management strategy.

With experience of managing of managing over 60 buildings on 46 sites throughout England, Ryhurst is an experienced manager of health and social care assets.

As part of the Rydon Group, Ryhurst has the ability to draw upon internal expertise in land, planning and development (mixed use, private for sale and cross-subsidy), enabling us to provide our clients with a complete solution to their land and building requirements.

Ryhurst’s approach to CSR is the desire to balance our activities by maintaining awareness of our impact on society and the environment.

As a specialist provider of health estate management services, Ryhurst works closely with NHS Trusts and local communities to deliver modern fit for purpose health facilities, enabling and enhancing community based health and social care services.

Our Joint Venture Partnership model is ethically responsible by ensuring our NHS Partners have full control over their estate. Unlike a PFI, both partners share in the risk and reward of any projects undertaken and by working in partnership with our NHS clients, we are able to offer a service that fully respects and practises positive and proactive CSR.

As a company that successfully works in partnership with the NHS, Ryhurst identifies partners and providers who share our CSR aspirations and can demonstrate their contributions through their CSR policies and delivery of works and services.
