What we do

As a leading participant in the provision of community health and care facilities, Ryhurst increasingly works in partnership with service providers from the public, private and third sectors to deliver a comprehensive property and service solution to clients.

Ryhurst's contribution to these partnerships is to deliver the bespoke property solutions for the provision and management of modern community care facilities. We do this with the aim of freeing our service provider partners to deliver their care services.

Ryhurst's preference is to develop long-term strategic relationships with service providers in which the success of the partnership depends on each partner delivering in their area of expertise. However, we appreciate that some clients may not wish to enter into such arrangements and we are pleased to work with them to provide the solutions they need.

Whilst primarily focused on the provision of facilities, Ryhurst also appreciates the role of the wider public health agenda in complementing the provision of the modern facilities needed to deliver care closer to home. We will therefore seek to work alongside our partners to provide targeted support for their public health campaigns in the area surrounding our facilities.
